Abstract

Data visualization has evolved significantly, becoming an integral part of data analytics for communicating complex insights effectively. This review paper traces the history of data visualization, from traditional static charts to modern interactive dashboards and immersive technologies like augmented reality (AR). It examines popular visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js, and their applications in business intelligence, scientific research, and education. The paper also discusses best practices for designing effective visualizations and explores emerging trends like real-time visualization and storytelling with data.
