AI-Powered Personalized Medicine: Leveraging Machine Learning for Tailored Treatment Plans
Abstract
Personalized medicine leverages patient-specific data to optimize treatment outcomes. In this study, we propose a machine learning-based framework that integrates genomics, electronic health records (EHRs), and real-time patient monitoring data to recommend individualized treatment plans. Using advanced deep learning techniques, including reinforcement learning and predictive analytics, the proposed system adapts to evolving patient conditions and suggests optimized therapies. Our results indicate a significant improvement in treatment efficacy, demonstrating AI’s potential to revolutionize personalized healthcare.
