Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the need for AI-driven solutions in healthcare crisis management. This study introduces an AI-based predictive model for disease outbreak detection and resource optimization. By analyzing epidemiological data, mobility patterns, and environmental factors, our system forecasts potential outbreaks and suggests optimal resource distribution strategies. The findings demonstrate AI’s effectiveness in supporting public health responses, reducing strain on healthcare systems, and enabling proactive interventions during global health crises.
