Dynamic Threat Response in Cloud Workloads Using Automated Security Orchestration
Abstract
Cloud workloads face dynamic and evolving threats that require real-time response capabilities. This paper introduces a dynamic threat response framework that uses automated security orchestration and playbooks to detect and mitigate threats in real time. The framework integrates with SIEM systems, threat intelligence feeds, and cloud monitoring tools to identify attack patterns and initiate corrective actions. Automated responses include network isolation, privilege revocation, and workload migration to secure environments. Performance tests show that the framework reduces incident resolution time and improves threat mitigation accuracy. The study concludes that automated security orchestration enhances resilience and response capabilities in cloud workloads.
